Our 30-day guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to request a refund or replacement

To submit a claim, please contact us at info@currentcollectivecollection.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include the following:

Your order number
A photo or short video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

Once we review your submission, we will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

No return shipment required

For damaged or defective items, you do not need to ship anything back to us. We will process your refund or replacement based on the evidence provided.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at info@currentcollectivecollection.com and we will help track it down.

Change of mind returns

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the item was delivered as described and the customer has changed their mind. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Order cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@currentcollectivecollection.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and work with you to find a resolution.
