Shipping policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read below for everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times

We ship all orders from our US-based warehouse. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframe:

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

Shipping costs

Standard Shipping Costs: $5.99, Free Shipping on orders $50.00 or higher.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once an order has been shipped. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@currentcollectivecollection.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@currentcollectivecollection.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
